MY JOURNEY

My journey into the wonderful world of Craniosacral Therapy truly began when I embarked on yoga teacher training at Special Yoga in London.  Training to be an Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher opened my eyes to the beauty and precious depths of the mind-body-soul connection.

It was at this time that I experienced Craniosacral Therapy and was so inspired that I just knew that this was the path for me; and so I began my training at the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London.

MY BACKGROUND

My professional career over the past two decades has been in Media. I also have a background in languages.

I have been lucky enough to travel and recently have loved learning to surf, experiencing the beauty and peacefulness of being in the water. Nothing quite matches the quiet contemplation of being on a board in the middle of the ocean surrounded by waves. A place of alternating stillness and activity, truely in harmony with yourself and the environment. Amazing!
